Servicenow Developer

Role Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and build workflows| including custom task logic and ServiceNow Workflow Flow Designer.

2. Develop solutions involving automation| orchestration| integrations| and customer facing processes.

3. Create Custom Tables and scheduled jobs to loadings data using Business Rules.

4. Build user-friendly web pages and UI components for querying custom tables.

5. Modify existing Service Catalog items to insert and update records in custom tables.

6. Perform end to end testing smoke testing| sanity testing| and regression testing before deployment.

7. Develop forms| UI components| and workflows independently based on requirement documents.

8. Troubleshoot issues| perform RCA| and implement fixes.

9. Support deployments across UAT| TEST| and Production environments.

10. Ensure best practices| coding standards| governance| and performance optimization across the platform.

Essential Skills: ServiceNow Senior Developer - 1. Strong all around ServiceNow skills with deep development expertise.

2. Ability to perform advanced development and integrations (e.g.| Jira ServiceNow integrations).

3. Good aptitude and willingness to work extended shifts when needed.

4. Strong functional knowledge across ServiceNow modules.

5. Solid understanding of ServiceNow development fundamentals.

6. Experience writing Business Rules| Script Includes| Client Scripts| UI Policies| and Custom Tables.

7. Working knowledge of Discovery| APM| and CMDB.

8. Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and data flows.

9. Excellent communication skills.

10. ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) preferred.

11. Ability to support development| testing| deployment| hyper care and post deployment activities.
