Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Implement solutions utilizing ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, and catalog items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support release management activities and ensure successful deployment through established governance, change control, and DevOps practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform enhancements. Required Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator/CSA and Implementation Specialist/CIS).
• 3-5+ years' experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing, configuring, and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform, including connectors and Scripted REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, testing, and deployment practices leveraging Agile methodology. Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments, preferably in the financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, or enterprise service management initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity requirements common within financial institutions.

Salary Ra nge: $110,000 - $120,000 a year
