About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to program, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electronic security systems. The technician must independently diagnose system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document completed work.
Responsibilities:
- Programs, troubleshoots, and repairs access control systems, IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Installs, tests, and maintains electronic security equipment.
- Diagnoses hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Documents repairs, maintenance activities, and system updates.
NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of commercial electronic security system service and programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with NEC and NFPA Life Safety Code requirements.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
