Service Manager (Ag / Heavy Equipment)

Our dealership client is hiring a Service Manager to lead a service department that repairs agricultural and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shop operations, scheduling, and technician workload

- Work with customers on repair estimates, timelines, and follow-up

- Coach and develop technicians and service writers

- Monitor shop efficiency, warranty, and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with parts and sales teams

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in service management or as a lead technician in ag, construction, or heavy diesel equipment

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Familiarity with dealer management and warranty systems
