Responsibilities
Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in and customer vehicle inspection.
- Retrieve and check in loaner vehicles before and after customer use.
- Greet customers in service drive and direct to proper department or advisor.
- Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days. Commission/bonus earned per day filling in.
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Customer shuttle and vehicle Valet as needed.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Maintain clean and safe service drive and entrance walk way
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every day
