Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Contact customers regarding maintenance recommendations, recalls, and service campaigns
- Conduct follow-up calls after service visits
- Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, text, email, and online channels
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Assist with customer retention and service marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the service team to maximize appointment opportunities
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
