As a key representative of our Service Department, the Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for our customers-helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with our Technicians.

Role Responsibilities:
Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals
Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians
Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process

Flexible availability to meet business needs
Sales experience with automotive industry knowledge
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
Ability to complete onboarding in a timely manner
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
