Motocorsa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary connection between our service department and our customers. In this role, you'll help riders maintain their motorcycles, communicate service recommendations, and ensure every customer receives a premium ownership experience.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair progress
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon delivery
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and customer service goals
Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards

Compensation: $50,000 to $75,000 annually, commission-based, with earning potential based on performance.
