About the Role:Donny's Automotive LLC in Albuquerque, NM is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! Responsibilities:- Greet customers and conduct vehicle write-ups, accurately documenting service needs and concerns
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Provide repair order updates and follow up with customers throughout the service process
- Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately upon job completion
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and address any service-related concerns professionally
Requirements:- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume service drive efficiently
- Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
