At San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are always looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join the San Marcos Team! We are currently looking for a Full Time Service Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Assist with Service Rental Program
- Data entry
Assist service management team with reporting, record keeping, etc.
Qualifications
- Availability to work afternoon shifts M-F (Service closes at 6pm)
At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferred
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be willing to complete a background check and potential drug test
