Servers

The sole responsibility for our Severs is the complete dining experience of our guests. Once seated the server has the complete guest experience in their hands. This includes greeting the guest, explaining our menu, order input, attention to order correctness, presenting order and completing the entire sales transaction. 

Server Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Help customers select food/beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.

Requirements for Server:

• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
