    Job Summary

    In Contrada Vineyard is seeking an experienced, friendly, and dependable Server to join our hospitality team. This position combines restaurant service with wine education, creating a welcoming experience for guests dining and enjoying wine at our vineyard.

    Part-Time | 4 24 Hours Per Week | Day & Evening Shifts

    About the Position

    As a Server, you will provide attentive, knowledgeable service while helping guests enjoy the full In Contrada Vineyard experience. Servers are expected to become familiar with our food and wine menus, confidently describe menu items and wines, recommend pairings, and introduce guests to our Wine Club.

    Wine knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. We provide training on our wines, menu, Wine Club, and service expectations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service

    • Take food and wine orders accurately and efficiently

    • Learn and confidently discuss our food and wine offerings

    • Recommend wines, menu items, and food-and-wine pairings

    • Educate guests about our wines and winemaking process

    • Introduce and promote Wine Club membership

    • Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas

    • Restock wine, merchandise, and service supplies as needed

    • Assist with Wine Club gatherings, private events, and special events

    • Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management

    Qualifications
    • Previous serving experience required

    • Wine or winery experience preferred, but not required

    • Strong communication and customer-service skills

    • Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with guests

    • Willingness to learn about wine and Italian cuisine

    • Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment

    • Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    • Must be at least 21 years old

    • TABC certification and Food Handlers Certificate is a must
