Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand of
Webster's Bistro
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any concerns.
- A strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized with a great attention to detail
- Ability to know and understand full menus both food and beverage
- Knowledgeable of wines, cocktails and beer
- Ability to explain how various menu items are prepared describing ingredients and cooking methods.
- Prepare tables for dining, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, china and glassware.
- Completion of opening and closing tasks as per checklists
Prerequisites:
3-5 years service experience casual/fine dining.
