Schedule would be as follows:

Saturday & Sunday - 8am - 2:30pm

Monday - 6:30am - 1:30pm

Tuesday - 8am-2:30pm

** Please note that this is a dedicated WEEKEND position that *requires* you to work on SATURDAY & SUNDAY!**

We are a family owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant located off of 377 in Keller looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking accurate orders and assisting with any guest needs.

Duties

• Provide detailed information on food and beverage options
  
• Take accurate orders using POS system
  
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables
  
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
  
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-service breakfast restaurant or similar required
  
• Experience mixing drinks and/or making simple cocktails preferred, but not required
  
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
  
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  
• Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling tasks
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential
  
• Food Handler's and TABC certifications required
