- Competitive compensation. In addition to the hourly listed above, server assistants also get a tip out from the service staff. Total pay (hourly wages + tips_ is typically between $15 and $20 per hour.

Requirements:
- Assist servers in keeping up with guest needs
- Help maintain cleanliness in and around the restaurant;
- Willingness to work as a team, and receive coaching to further job performance
