Server Job Description

Location: 11909 Preston Rd #1426, Dallas, TX, 75230

Job Summary

The server will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They will ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
