Server Job Responsibilities / Duties
Follow all policies and procedures
Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work
On time and attends all shift meetings
Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards
Greet and guide guest through our ordering and payment process
Take orders from guests for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines
Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems
Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
Up selling by being proactive with suggestive selling and prompt service and alerting guests of specials, promotional items or events
Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines
Clear and sanitizing tables
Ensuring that all guests leave happy
Requirements:
Two (2) years minimum experience as a Server
Current Texas Food Handler and TABC Certifications are required
