    Server Assistant - Help Create Unforgettable Experiences!

    Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.

    Position Summary

    Love hospitality and being part of a team that creates memorable guest experiences? Join us as a Server Assistant aboard our scenic passenger vessel. You'll support our servers, help deliver exceptional food and beverage service, and contribute to an amazing cruise experience with incredible skyline views.

    What Youll Do

    • Provide warm, attentive hospitality to guests throughout their cruise experience.
    • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages and clearing used dishes and glassware.
    • Scrape, stack, and transport tableware to the galley for cleaning.
    • Set up and break down dining rooms and service stations.
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas and service stations.
    • Assist with greeting and seating guests in a welcoming and efficient manner.
    • Provide guests with information about menus, service, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
    • Support teammates and complete additional duties as assigned.

    What Were Looking For

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must meet minimum state age requirements.
    • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work well with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
    • Professional appearance and ability to meet uniform and grooming standards.
    • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

    The Experience

    This is more than a typical restaurant support role. Work aboard a moving vessel while helping guests enjoy unforgettable moments on the water. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, navigating stairs and multiple decks, lifting and moving furniture or supplies up to 40 pounds, and completing vessel safety and emergency training.
