About the Role
Help leading organizations predict, shape, and optimize their workforce — blending labor economics, I/O psychology, and statistical rigor with modern AI-assisted analytics. You'll lead client engagements as the analytics and AI subject-matter expert, turning complex workforce data into strategies leaders can actually act on.
What You'll Do
- Translate business problems into analytics-driven workforce solutions using AI, machine learning, and advanced statistics
- Build data products — forecasting models, skills taxonomies, retention risk scoring, internal mobility tools
- Lead client engagements as the analytics/AI expert — define approaches, present findings, co-create roadmaps
- Drive pay equity, workforce planning, and labor market analysis using econometrics and AI
- Deliver compelling insights through dashboards, slide decks, and data storytelling
- Champion responsible AI — model validation, bias mitigation, explainability, privacy
- Contribute to our intellectual capital — frameworks, accelerators, proposals, and thought leadership
What You Bring
- 8+ years of consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, or org psychology
- Master's or PhD in economics, I/O psychology, statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience in pay equity, strategic workforce planning, or labor market analysis
- Strong skills in regression, causal inference, time series, clustering, predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau
- Excellent storytelling, client communication, and project leadership
