Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Windchill System Consultant (PLM) for their Stamford, CT/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Define high-level and detailed architecture for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Align Windchill solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
Experience in CAD worker setup for Windchill environments, including Creo, Office Worker, etc.
Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, including CAD integrations, vault configurations, and cluster setups.
Configuration of SSO and SSL configuration.
Upgrade planning and execution, including rehearsals on lower environments.
Documenting all steps and preparing a detailed runbook for the production upgrade.
Final execution of the upgrade on the production environment.
Running WinDU, analyzing results, and resolving issues reported during upgrade rehearsals.
Customization & Integration:
Lead development of workflows, object models, and system configurations.
Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC/S4), MES, CPQ, and CAD platforms.
Project Execution:
Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Manage risk, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
Mentorship & Documentation:
Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and customizations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink).
Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, ESI integration, and performance tuning.
