Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Varicent Consultant / Varicent SPM Solution Architect for their Fort Mill, SC/Remote location. Requirements: Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant on large end-to-end implementations or legacy modernization projects.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Varicent Consultant / Varicent SPM Solution Architect for their Fort Mill, SC/Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Lead discovery and design activities for Varicent implementations.
• Review and design Varicent solution architecture.
• Design and develop Varicent databases and commission calculation systems.
• Create technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Design and support system integrations.
• Build, test, and deploy Varicent components, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

 
Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant on large end-to-end implementations or legacy modernization projects.
• Expertise gathering Varicent technical requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience with Varicent design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience designing Varicent databases and compensation/commission management solutions.
• Experience with Varicent reporting and integrations.
