    Position: Senior US Accounting Manager

    The selected professional will lead accounting operations across X-ELIO's portfolio of US entities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial information throughout the full accounting cycle.

    The role will oversee accounting close processes, financial reporting, cash flow management, Tax Equity operations, project finance activities and financial due diligence processes related to financing, refinancing and M&A transactions.

    Acting as a key accounting reference point, the position will work closely with Headquarters Admin & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Finance and M&A teams, as well as Legal, Business Development teams and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, lenders, administrative agents and Tax Equity investors.

    What will you do?

    • Lead accounting operations for US entities, including monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations and general ledger integrity.
    • Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, bank relationships and payment processes, ensuring alignment with operational needs, debt service schedules, equity contribution timelines and Tax Equity obligations.
    • Act as accounting lead for Tax Equity operations, supporting investor reporting, capital account tracking, distribution calculations and accounting treatment of Tax Equity structures.
    • Support project finance activities, including financial reporting requirements, lender coordination and accounting inputs for financing transactions.
    • Lead and support financial due diligence processes related to financing, refinancing and M&A transactions, including preparation of financial information packages, data room coordination and Q&A management.
    • Coordinate external audits, tax advisory processes and compliance requirements across US entities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to corporate procedures.
    • Improve accounting processes, strengthen governance frameworks and provide technical accounting support to internal teams across the organization.

    What do we need?

    • Experience managing accounting operations and full accounting cycle activities within complex entities or international environments.
    • Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting close processes, reconciliations and accounting controls.
    • Experience supporting cash flow management, financial transactions and cross-functional finance activities.
    • Experience with Tax Equity operations, project finance, lenders or investor reporting is highly valued.
    • Experience supporting financial due diligence processes related to financing, refinancing or M&A transactions.
    • Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors and other financial stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Business Development and corporate teams.
