Join a highly visible enterprise technology environment delivering complex Oracle ERP initiatives alongside emerging AI-focused work. This team needs a hands-on Project Manager who can work directly with business and technical delivery teams, create structure around complex implementations, and actively drive projects through execution.

This is not a PMO governance or portfolio-management position. The successful candidate will be embedded in delivery, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure Oracle ERP initiatives move successfully from planning through implementation and release.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead Oracle ERP projects from scope and planning through implementation and production release.
• Build and actively manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate Oracle functional teams, technical resources, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Drive teams through requirements, design, configuration/build, integration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Hold project participants accountable for commitments and delivery dates.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and proactively resolve or escalate them.
• Work directly with technical and business teams rather than operating solely through PMO governance.
• Support AI-related initiatives or integrations where applicable.
• Maintain clear executive visibility while remaining closely involved in day-to-day project execution.

Are you an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager ready to make an impact?

• Proven experience personally managing Oracle ERP implementations.
• Strong preference for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
• Demonstrated full lifecycle ERP implementation ownership.
• Strong SDLC and enterprise application delivery knowledge.
• Hands-on project management experience involving design, build, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Strong Microsoft Project or comparable detailed scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to drive teams and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Strong critical thinking and technical aptitude.
• Experience with AI projects, AI integrations, GenAI, automation, or AI-enabled enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Boston area 3–4 days/week.
