Our Digital Site domain is seeking a Senior Technical Product Engineer who combines the technical depth of an engineer, the customer obsession of a product manager, and the analytical mindset of a growth leader. This role is responsible for driving digital customer experience improvements, product innovation, experimentation, platform modernization, and measurable business outcomes across web, mobile, APIs, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is highly technical, deeply data-driven, and passionate about solving customer problems at scale. They can translate business strategy into product requirements, partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions, and use analytics to continuously improve customer outcomes and business performance. This role is inspired by modern product leadership principles emphasizing growth, customer-centricity, AI-powered product development, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related experience.
Experience working with APIs, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Demonstrated success improving measurable customer and business outcomes through data-driven product decisions.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and modern engineering practices.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or related disciplines.
Growth mindset and experimentation-first approach.
Passion for AI, modern product management, and continuous learning.
Ability to connect strategy, technology, and measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional product thinking and customer empathy.
Experienced in iterative and incremental product delivery
Experience with agile processes including scrum and comfortable running scrum ceremonies
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
