A leading top 100 CPA and business advisory firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its Private Client Services team, supporting high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, trusts, estates, and fiduciary tax matters.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced tax professional who wants sophisticated client work, leadership exposure, and a more balanced public accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced tax planning for HNW individuals, families, trusts, and estates
• Review complex Forms 1040, 1041, 706, and 709
• Serve as a trusted advisor across income, estate, gift, and fiduciary tax matters
• Manage multiple client engagements, workflows, and deliverables
• Mentor and develop Managers, Supervisors, and Associates
• Support client retention, growth, networking, and business development efforts

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technical tax experience in public accounting
• 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong HNW individual tax experience
• CPA, EA, or JD required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Strong communication, leadership, research, and client advisory skills
