We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong, sustained growth and looking to add a Senior Tax Associate to their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse client base
• Assist with tax planning and compliance across multiple industries
• Conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements
• Collaborate with team members and communicate directly with clients

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2–5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
