Our client is a CPA/Professional Services firm with a specialty focus on working with and supporting clients in the mid-market space. Our client is rapidly growing and is seeking a hands-on professional to play a major part in that growth as they expand their team.

Our client is seeking a think-outside-of-the-box team player who possesses theseREQUIRED/NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS:

• 3+ years overall tax accounting experience in a public accounting environment - THIS IS A MUST!
• High level of comfort managing your personal workflow processes with an ability to assess issues within the pipeline and effectively make recommendations to reduce bottlenecks
• Practical knowledge of tax issues associated with federal corporate (S-Corp/C-Corp), partnership, and high net worth individual taxes
• Working knowledge of day-to-day GAAP accounting rules and regulations

While the technical skills are critical, our client is seeking someone who brings the following mindset to the table:

• Must be a problem-solver! If you enjoy digging past the surface and finding the REAL problem that is under the numbers, this may be the role for you
