The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time role responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles at all levels, including executive positions, with flexibility to support property management hiring as needed.
Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development, this individual brings extensive agency or search firm experience, excels in high-volume sourcing, and adopts a consultative, customer-service approach with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also create and improve recruiting processes, contribute to organizational development initiatives, and track hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms, and a collaborative mindset. The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with in-office work three days a week.
Salary is $131,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus.
