You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.This is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent. Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent. Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence. Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions. Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
