    We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for a pharmaceutical company in Ayer, MA. This role provides technical leadership and oversees IT infrastructure and systems across multiple Massachusetts locations.
    • Manage and support Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
    • Administer Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
    • Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data protection systems.
    • Maintain patching, firmware, software updates, and endpoint compliance.
    • Support network upgrades, migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure modernization projects.
    • Manage user access, privileged access controls, security policies, and audit documentation.
    • Support business applications and coordinate troubleshooting and escalations with vendors.
    • Coordinate managed-service providers and technology vendors.
    • Administer physical security systems, including cameras and access control.
    • Maintain technical documentation and support compliance and audit-readiness activities.
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Systems Administrators.
    • Support and train employees on company IT systems.

    Schedule: This is a full time position, Mon-Fri. Some planned after-hours work may be required for critical outages, maintenance, system changes, and project cutovers. 

    Other: Travel as needed between Ayer, Devens, Brockton, and other Massachusetts locations.
