Client Details

This general contractor, local to Miami-Dade, FL and working throughout South FL, has been building in the commercial and residential space ofr over 20 years now. They have an exciting project that they are seeking a strong Senior Superintendent for. They'll need to have strong experience in the luxury residential sector and have built ground up high rises.

Description

  • Lead allonsiteconstructionactivitiesforhigh-riseresidential,mixed-use,hospitality,orcommercialprojects.
  • Manageandcoordinatesubcontractors,vendors,inspectors,andfieldpersonnel.
  • Developandmaintainprojectschedules,ensuringmilestonesandcompletiondatesareachieved.
  • EnforcesitesafetyprogramsandensurecompliancewithOSHAandcompanystandards.
  • Monitorprojectqualityandoverseeallinspections,testing,andcommissioningactivities.
  • Collaboratecloselywithprojectmanagementteams,architects,engineers,andownershiprepresentatives.
  • Conductsubcontractorcoordinationmeetingsanddailysiteplanningactivities.

Profile

  • 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a lead superintendent role.
  • Proven experience delivering high-rise construction projects valued at $100M+.
  • Strong understanding of concrete structures, vertical construction, building envelope systems, MEP coordination, and finishes.
  • Experience managing projects from sitework through turnover.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive schedules and lead large subcontractor teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
