The Successful ApplicantThe successful Senior Superintendent will have the following:10+ years of construction Superintendent experience with a General Contractor is non negotiableExperience working on large scale Commercial or light industrial projects $10M+ is requiredKnowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles. The Superintendent will be tasked with leading K-12, Higher Education, Health care, and Large scale commercial projects, while mentoring and developing a team.
