Requirements 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and field execution. Ability to review, interpret, and communicate complex construction documents. Demonstrated leadership experience beyond day-to-day job responsibilities. Track record of mentoring and developing field personnel. Stable employment history with no pattern of frequent job changes. Experience building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore. Multifamily and residential-only experience will not be considered. Must have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
