Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from mobilisation through final completion.
• Take full ownership of field operations, quality, safety, scheduling, and project execution.
• Develop and drive project planning and scheduling strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Review and interpret construction documents including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Build strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and internal project teams.
• Coordinate and manage daily jobsite activities using construction management tools such as Procore.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff.
• Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all project activities.
• Serve as a trusted leader and problem-solver who helps improve processes and operational effectiveness.
• Support projects across a variety of commercial sectors including healthcare, hospitality, light industrial, higher education, and automotive.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and field execution.
• Ability to review, interpret, and communicate complex construction documents.
• Demonstrated leadership experience beyond day-to-day job responsibilities.
• Track record of mentoring and developing field personnel.
• Stable employment history with no pattern of frequent job changes.
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore.
• Multifamily and residential-only experience will not be considered.
• Must have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
