Seeking a Senior Subcontracts Manager for Mega-Projects ($750M+), responsible for leading subcontract activities and managing procurement teams on large-scale construction projects.
Key duties include developing procurement strategies, overseeing subcontractor selection, administering procurement agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Leading and mentoring subcontract administrators, managing bid processes, evaluating risks, and coordinating with project teams are essential.
Requires 13+ years in EPCM construction contracting, with experience in manufacturing or data centers preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related fields and be proficient in MS Office.
