Job Summary

Seeking a RPA Automation Anywhere Tech lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Automation Anywhere to lead the design development and support of scalable RPA solutions and coordinate between client and LTM teams

Job Description

Leverage deep expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 to architect and implement robust automated workflows Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze complex automation opportunities Ensure compliance with SDLC security governance and change management standards throughout the RPA lifecycle Prepare detailed technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable team adoption Continuously monitor troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in RPA and Automation Anywhere technologies to drive innovation

Roles and Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate business requirements to identify highimpact processes suitable for automation

Design develop test and deploy Automation Anywhere bots and automation workflows with a focus on scalability and maintainability

Perform defect resolution and support User Acceptance Testing UAT activities to ensure solution quality

Manage production deployments provide hypercare support and oversee ongoing bot operations

Collaborate crossfunctionally with developers testers business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions

Monitor bot performance handle exception scenarios and enforce compliance with business rules and policies

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 98,015.00 to 146,600.00 per year
