Job Description: Full Stack Lead Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development Nodejs and solid experience in Reactbased frontend applications The role requires deep capabilities in API design database engineering and CICD pipelines along with working knowledge of Python for building scalable solutions Minimum Experience 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and maintain scalable secure and highperformance backend systems and APIs using Nodejs
  • Build and integrate frontend components using Reactjs to deliver responsive and usercentric interfaces
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring productiongrade scalability and reliability
  • Contribute to system architecture microservices design and performance optimization initiatives
  • Drive CICD implementation build pipelines and automated deployments
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including schema design indexing performance tuning and high availability setup
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing functional testing and best practices adherence
  • Participate across the entire SDLC from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze requirements and deliver highquality solutions
  • Provide support for production systems including root cause analysis and performance improvements
  • Leverage Python basic to intermediate level for backend services scripting or integrations

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in full stackbackend development

Strong expertise in

  • Nodejs Expressjs or similar frameworks
  • RESTful API design and development
  • Reactjs frontend development

Solid understanding of

  • Database design SQL NoSQL systems
  • CICD pipelines Azure DevOps GitHub Actions similar tools
  • Microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of Python FastAPI or similar frameworks is a plus
  • Experience with containerization technologies DockerKubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure GCP
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
