Lead the end-to-end category management of server liquid cooling products, responsible for supplier selection, business negotiation, contract signing, formulate and implement sourcing strategies to support the achievement of business goals.

Develop and maintain the supplier system for core materials including liquid cooling tubes, manifolds, quick connectors, valves, pumps and control systems, and respond to business needs promptly.

Ensure selected suppliers maintain sustainable competitiveness in delivery, quality, cost and cooperation terms, implement regional strategic supplier agreements, and collaborate with Global Category Managers to advance sourcing strategies.

Drive annual procurement cost optimization, build a lean supply chain system with core suppliers, implement supplier risk management and formulate alternative supplier plans.

Participate in supply chain-led value engineering workshops and cross-functional collaborative projects to support cost control and efficiency improvement.

Track supplier performance, organize cross-functional business reviews and continuous improvement meetings to promote supplier capability enhancement.

Support the RFQ process of nVent Qingdao, complete quotation work via e-sourcing tools, and respond to cross-functional supply chain demands.

Take charge of project transfer and localization implementation, ensuring efficient completion within budget.

Demonstrate excellent team management capabilities, establish and lead the liquid cooling supplier management team within one year, guide and cultivate subordinates, and improve the overall professional level of the team.
You have:

Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering, manufacturing, materials management or related fields is preferred; proficient in interpreting complex drawings, engineering specifications and standards.

5+ years of working experience in procurement/supply chain management in manufacturing industry.

3+ years of experience in procurement and supplier development , prefer to be familiar with supplier resources and market characteristics of liquid cooling industry.
