Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering (building and shipping software) with end-to-end lifecycle ownership, including leadership roles. You have contributed to application code, implemented new features, fixed bugs, and worked across the software lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and support.
- Strong Full Stack Engineer – Java , J2ee , Spring, Struts , Hibernate.
- Hands-on expertise in GitHub Enterprise: branching strategies, repository management, GitHub Actions, Packages, Advanced Security, and Org-level Administration.
- Proven Release/ Change Management: versioning, readiness reviews, and rollout strategies, and Quality Engineering leadership: testing strategy and quality gates
- Strong background in DevOps principles: CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence across engineering and leadership teams.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep DevOps and GitHub expertise to architect, build, and own our software delivery ecosystem. You'll design and implement developer workflows, CI/CD automation, and platform tooling that empower our engineering teams to deliver, test, and deploy software rapidly and reliably.
