Act as the Team Lead and Senior ServiceNow Developer.
Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Lead the development of solution artifacts, including road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
Build prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions based on defined requirements.
Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior and mid-level ServiceNow Developers.

Requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Public Trust Suitability clearance is required.
Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Must have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Expertise in full-platform ServiceNow development and third-party technology integrations.
Experience leading requirements-gathering and analysis sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform.
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
