Job Summary:
This role is for a seasoned ServiceNow developer tasked with modernizing an existing intake and review workflow. You will lead the transformation of legacy systems into a streamlined, next-generation solution. The position requires deep platform expertise and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Modernize and enhance intake and review workflows.
- Implement dynamic, rules-driven form logic.
- Develop and optimize REST API integrations.
- Streamline multi-team review processes.
- Improve user experience on Service Portal and Workspace.
Must-Have Skills:- Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
- Experience with Scoped Application development and REST integrations.
Industry Experience:
Experience modernizing legacy ServiceNow implementations in large enterprises or regulated environments is preferred.
