Pay Range: $100.00hr - $120.00hr
Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects focusing on SAP Ariba P2P implementation, procurement, and commercial transformation. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish, ideally based in the Chicago area, and capable of traveling to Latin America.

- Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Ideally based in Chicago with the ability to travel 30% to 40% to Latin America by November.
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office when not traveling.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience running projects in procurement or commercial transformation, full lifecycle system implementation, or similar enterprise roles.
- Hands-on experience working with shared services transformations (insourcing, outsourcing with recharge models), SAP solutions, P2P process frameworks, and similar.
- Experience developing, migrating, or realigning a procurement or commercial function.
- Strong expertise in change management, including tools and ADKAR methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in adapting and developing user-focused training and communication strategies.
- Willingness to travel.
Skills:
- SAP Ariba / SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) required; SAP S/4HANA (Procurement) is helpful.
