- Serve as a Senior Salesforce Engineer supporting major enhancements and ongoing support for applications such as PathNC within DHHS-ITD.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud, focusing on Child Welfare program applications.
- Support mission-critical public-sector programs in areas including case management, licensing, service operations, and related workflows.
- Ensure all Salesforce solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and the department's long-term platform strategy.
