    • Salesforce Platform Developer,  “I” certification and CRM Analytics (Einstein) experience required.
    • 7 plus years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
    • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
    • Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations REST SOAP APIs.
    • Experience with CRM Analytics formerly Einstein Analytics or comparable reporting tools
    • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI CD processes
    • Experience with enterprise system integrations e.g., Guidewire, SAP, Image Right
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permissions
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred
    • Salesforce certification is considered a plus.
