Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Job Summary
Seeking for an Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, security, data migration, and DevOps.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Develop enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Manage Salesforce configuration, security, roles, permissions, and Salesforce Shield.
- Support data migration, ETL, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Lead code reviews and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with business, QA, product, and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft, APIs, Salesforce integrations, Shield, ETL, and data migration.
- 5+ years of Salesforce DevOps/CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket, Agile, and WCAG 2.1 experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
Required Certifications:
- Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect Certification
- Salesforce Integration Architect Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification
- MuleSoft I and II Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting public-sector or healthcare-related systems.
- Experience working on large, complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, integration, data architecture, and advanced architectural patterns.
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and Salesforce development best practices.
