About ProSource
ProSource Technologies, LLC, doing business as ProSource Land Services, is a full-service land solutions firm supporting major energy, utility, transportation, aviation and public infrastructure projects throughout the United States. Our services include right of way program management, land acquisition, title, relocation, appraisal coordination, environmental services, GIS and construction support.
ProSource is expanding its Minnesota Right of Way team to support a significant multi-year natural gas pipeline program involving acquisition, construction support, landowner coordination, damages, restoration and project closeout.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Right of Way Project Manager to provide overall leadership and accountability for this program.

The Senior ROW Project Manager will serve as ProSource's principal day-to-day project representative and will be responsible for directing a geographically dispersed team of right of way professionals through acquisition, condemnation support, construction and closeout.
The successful candidate will be an experienced ROW professional who understands that strong project management requires more than maintaining a schedule. This individual must be able to anticipate problems, make sound decisions, hold a team accountable, communicate effectively with a sophisticated utility client, and keep a complex land program moving.
