Senior Recruiting Associate – West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Senior Recruiting Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals to support successful placements and long-term partnerships.

• Lead business development efforts to identify, target, and secure new clients, creating opportunities to expand the firm's presence throughout South Florida.

• Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, in-person meetings, and strategic relationship building.

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, conduct outreach to key decision-makers, and convert new relationships into active search opportunities.

• Lead client conversations to understand hiring needs, present the firm's capabilities, and develop new recruiting partnerships.

• Manage client relationships throughout the search process, providing consistent communication, market insights, and high-quality service.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, develop repeat business, and grow relationships with current clients.

• Take ownership of business development and recruiting activity, balancing new client acquisition with candidate delivery and active searches.

• Collaborate with experienced recruiters and firm leadership to develop new accounts, share market intelligence, and execute growth strategies.

• Contribute to the continued growth of the West Palm Beach office by building a strong local network and establishing the firm as a trusted recruiting partner.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or other client-facing roles

• Proven ability to develop new business, build relationships with prospective clients, and generate new opportunities

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls daily, conducting cold outreach, and proactively pursuing new business

• Self-starter with the ability to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and follow opportunities through to conversion

• Tech-savvy, with experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms

• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to grow a book of business and earning potential

• Organized and able to manage competing priorities while balancing business development, client relationships, and recruiting efforts

• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of the West Palm Beach office
