Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including background checks and employment documentation
- Ensure seamless handoff of new hires to HR on their first day for compliance and culture integration
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in recruiting and onboarding workflows; actively source for potential candidates
- Deliver solutions and recommendations that support department objectives and minimize ramp-up time
Background Expected:
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders and external contacts alike
Salary Range, Based on Experience:
- $115,000 - 150,000
