Description
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client expectations are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, stakeholders, and project teams
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning phases
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
- Coordinate internal resources and field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and project partners
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Mentor and support project team members as needed
Profile
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Knowledgeable in Preconstruction
- Diverse Project Portfolio
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
- Supervisory and training experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore preferred
- Well organized and structured work habits.
- Strong focus on detail and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Demonstrated ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to associates, clients, management, or public groups.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytic skills, judgment, and reasoning
