    Description:

    • Planned Systems International (PSI) is an enterprise IT services company that designs, builds, secures, and operates software solutions that support mission success and operational excellence across Federal Government organizations.
    • PSI is seeking an AMOC Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.
    • This role is responsible for executing C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support in alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements.
    • Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources.
    • Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders.
    • Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements.
    • Develop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas.
    • Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems.
    • Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
    • Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
    • Represent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings.
    • Manage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needs.
