| Job Summary: |
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple complex, medium- to large-scale information technology (IT) software development, implementation, agency-wide, and enterprise-level projects from initiation through deployment. This position will manage all aspects of the project life cycle while applying established project management methodologies, continuous improvement practices, program management processes, and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will bring practical knowledge of software development and coding practices, quality assurance testing protocols, and test planning. This role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams across multiple technical and business domains, drive project success, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The Senior Project Manager will also serve as a key liaison with agency stakeholders and collaborate closely with the Arizona Department of Administration’s Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology Office (ADOA-ASET) to coordinate priorities, communicate progress, and support the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.
